5 gift ideas for the chef in your life

We're in the final crunch for Christmas and, as many of you know, we've spent the last year or so testing cookbooks and all that goes along with them. So here are 5 gift ideas for the chef in your life:

  • The latest edition of Joy of Cooking. This is a must- have book for any budding chef. It has instructions on everything from how to perfect osso buco to how to boil an egg!

  • Jamie Oliver’s Professional Series pots and pans by T-Fal. They’re a tad heavy, but well-balanced and well-made. Every chef needs a good pan (or two).

  • Perrier JouëtChampagne. It’s a mid-priced champagne that your guests, and you, will appreciate.

  • Fleur de Sel sea salt. Salt as a gift you say? Yes, we say. Anyone who loves to cook will thank you for it.

  • O, The Oprah Magazine Cookbook. A collection of recipes from contributors to her magazine. The book is full of scrumptious recipes that won’t kill you to create.

And just think, these are actually selfish gifts. If you play your cards right you might just get invited over for dinner!

Happy holidays!

Anna & Kristina
