We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your items. Returns must be authorized before being shipped back to us.

Products must be returned in their original new condition. We cannot accept aprons that have been laundered or bags that have been used.
Returns are made at the buyers’ expense. We do not refund shipping costs.
If your product is damaged or defective, we will address returns or replacements on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the process.
