Travelling for work or for pleasure can put a damper on anyone's workout schedule. (And you know what, once in a while, who cares, that's what vacations are for!) But if you do want to get the blood pumping and you didn't bring your workout gear or don't have access to a gym, there are ways to get those endorphins up even in the smallest of hotel rooms.
